There’s no need to wait for a gilt cream to dry overnight – this product dries quickly when buffed. We recommend that these waxes be overcoated with Hampshire Sheen Microcrystalline Wax for extra protection. Supplied in a 60g (2.02oz) aluminium screw top tin.Two Minute Tutorial
~ Basic Application

- Sand piece to at least 400 grit and clea the dust out of the grain or texture;

- For best results, use in conjunction with a dye or stain.

- Apply a single coat of sanding sealer;

- Liberally apply your chosen Embellishing Wax, rubbing it deeply into the grain or applied texture;

- Allow to dry a little and then buff the product off the surface. (Drying times vary, depending on ambient temperature and humidity;

- Optionally apply more coats as required and overcoat with Microcrystalline Wax.

Use for the embellishment of open-grained woods such as oak or ash or close-grained wood that has had textured added. Combine the waxes with applied colour for additional impact.~ Colour and Aroma

Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 10° and 30°C (50° and 90°F) Where possible. Protect from extreme heat and freezing. Keep out of direct sunlight.~ Longevity – Use By
